I will remain in CO-Leader in this group, but I won't call this a clan anymore. I have no idea what is going on, but I can clearly see that this is going nowhere. We cannot call this a "clan" anymore.
I really suggest that we change this site from "Clan-Forum" to Gaming community in general.
The main reason for this is the fact that we lost so many members and no-one is joining. Mainy because of the requirements and the lack of activity.
We should make changes so that everyone who is logged in could see all of the topic folders (exept administration topics) We need to start recruiting people. The voting system is needed only if the person wants to join us while gaming. To become part of the community, only registering is needed.
I won't take actions before discussing with the other leaders.

List of changes to do:
- Remove restrictions from topics so everyone can see them after registration
- Application system only for those who want to offically start playing with us
- Folders and Sub-folders must be re-organized
- Change the BN from Clan to Community.
- Start inviting people from games to this site (Not everyone)
- Honoured Member rights removed, new moderators instead
- Changing the style of forums (CoD, Minecraft, LoL with unique style)
- There must be lot more games included in this site
The "clan" that is currently heavily outnumbered will remain inside the community. Not everyone can join that group, only those who are approved trough applications.
I need T4T's and Split's approval before taking actions.
